Update PaymentServer branch name (back to main)

For upgrading the PaymentServer dependencies, I switched PrivateStorageio to follow the upgrade topic branch of PaymentServer.

TBD Change it back once https://github.com/PrivateStorageio/PaymentServer/pull/146 has been merged.
