Download files so user can look at them somehow

Now that we navigated to a file we'd like to download (and view?) it.

The quick hack cheesy way to view files is to only use the PS mobile app to download the file onto the file system into a PS directory. and then rely on the user to open the file themselves. (as mentioned in #76 (closed) )

Moving this to a different milestone. Arbitrary n/k CHK done and a layer below this. Here, we just want more magic-folder interactions where we get some content for the user in the file browser.
