nixpkgs Python tools changed to no longer set PYTHONHOME for us
automatically.

The layer above will have to make sure that it is.

also, make it work.

This format for the file can be generated automatically using something like:

  nix-prefetch-github \
    --nix \
    --rev $(git rev-parse HEAD) \
    PrivateStorageio ZKAPAuthorizer > /path/to/zkapauthorizer-repo.nix

run in in a checkout of ZKAPAuthorizer

Let us pick Ristretto and supply a key if we like.

also if get-passes fails dump the tahoe logs
