Replace the ssh public key of Jehad on HRO Cloud servers

Part of LeastAuthority/it-ops#358

First, we want to authorized new keys:

• @bendon
• @florian
• 2x last-resort Yubikeys (USB-A and USB-C) provisioned by @piotr

Then we can remove the one own by Jehad
