The alerting rules for HRO Cloud are broken since it use the develop branch

Likely 2 different problems now visible on Grafana/Alerting pages:

1. Since #148 (closed): The datasource (A) for this query was not found, it was either removed or is not installed correctly.

2. Since #144 (closed) (maybe) : Failed to load the data source configuration for Loki: Unable to fetch alert rules. Is the Loki data source properly configured?
