Rationalize names in morph configuration (and maybe elsewhere)

Our morph configuration uses a mix of fully qualified DNS names and fictional hostnames that depend on local configuration for resolution.

This is silly and annoying and unnecessary. Let me simplify my unversioned, private, local-only configuration by just using fully qualified DNS names.

This depends on https://whetstone.privatestorage.io/privatestorage/privatestorageops/-/merge_requests/137 which adds all of the missing fully qualified DNS names we want to use.
