Prometheus niceties

Two little things:

• Also remove the ":443" port number from the payments server time series data
• Make dashboard UIDs human readable. These are used in URLs.

Attention: Whetstone says this also includes commits 5f644324 and 893288fd, since they seem to not be in develop yet.
