Set nixpkgs explicitly in morph.

Fixes #85 (closed).

This defines a new attribute of gridlib (i.e. morph/lib/default.nix) that exposes the version of nixpkgs we use for our deployments, and use that to set network.pkgs in each of the grids. This affects both the packages and the NixOS module set that is used.
