Configure production grid monitoring to also use new 2nd level domain

I'd like to fix the few instances of things using the old privatestorage.io domain - I find it confusing. Unfortunately for this very MR I cannot remember if we deferred changing the main domain of the monitoring for a reason or if it was an oversight.
