Support downloading mutables

StorageServer and wrapGreatBlackSwamp only support the immutable GBS download interface so we can't get shares for mutable types (SDMF and SDMF - collectively "SSK"). If we could, decodeShares applies CHK decoding so we wouldn't successfully interpret the bytes we got.

Make it possible to download and interpret SDMF-encoded data.
