Create a Penpot instance/account

Old designs/mockups for the existing "Tahoe-TAFS Android" application currently live on Figma but this is undesirable for several reasons:

• Figma is closed/proprietary software, which does not align with our publicly stated values
• Figma charges $12 per editor per month, which may be expensive for our (currently light) usage and/or provide additional friction for the team.
• Figma was recently acquired by Adobe, which makes its future uncertain

Penpot is an alternative to Figma with similar core features (i.e., a web application with "multiplayer" visual design) that arguably has several advantages:

• It is free/open source software
• It is self-hostable
• Penpot projects live in a free/open JSON-based file-format that can be easily exported/imported between Penpot instances

I have spun up (and exposed publicly) a Penpot instance at https://penpot.gridsync.io/ which I am currently using to complete the work for #3 (closed).

(I am self-hosting this for now since it's cheaper, easier, and faster for me to do so personally than it would be for us to collectively undergo the usual meetings, discussions, etc. about hosting, costs, maintenance, etc.; should we need something more durable later, we can migrate this instance elsewhere and/or switch to a different instance at any time since Penpot project files are easily transferable between instances).
