Package up & locally serve Material UI assets

Currently, the fancy Material UI loads a couple of assets from a CDN. This results in a visible glitch when loading the app, could fail when Internet is scarce or the CDN goes down and has bad privacy properties.

ToDo: Get all the Material UI web components assets (CSS, JS web fonts, icons, etc?) and package them up with our app.
