Read grid configuration using the Obelisk "Config" system

Jean-Paul Calderone requested to merge grid-as-configuration into main

This makes it easy to have a data file alongside the source instead of embedding the data in the source - which in turn makes it easier to fiddle (as a developer) with the grid configuration.
