merkle tree encoding

Some "real"-ish Haskell. I don't really grok hedgehog / etc and maybe there's too many brackets, but basic stuff seems "there"?

(I had to make a bunch of functions to understand it .. and "had" to add exports to be able to test / play in ghci, but maybe there's a better way)
