Fixup some metadata

Jean-Paul Calderone requested to merge fixup-some-metadata into master

The project name was wrong in the README and in various places in the .cabal file, and the description somewhat mischaracterized the current goal (which is more about GBS than providing an actual storage server).

The metadata mismatch causes PrivateStorageMobile builds to fail because the Haskell library "tahoe-great-black-swamp" can't be found.
