Get the local dev env running: Add keys

Builds on and requires !81 (merged) and !82 (merged).

After setting up the virtual infrastructure for a local development environment in !81 (merged) and getting something to deploy on that infrastructure in !82 (merged) this PR now is about actually getting the stack running well enough to build on it.
